About the Role
The ServiceNow Tech PM is responsible for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring technical integrity, governance compliance, and alignment with client objectives. This role bridges technical implementation and project management, requiring strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery & Governance
* Manage scope, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow implementations.
* Ensure adherence to Capgemini and client governance frameworks.
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance with security and audit standards.
* Technical Leadership: oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM).
* Guide technical teams on scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and workflow automation.
* Stakeholder Management: act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
* Quality Assurance: drive UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution.
* Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for operational readiness.
Role Development
* Business Development – leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches.
* Internal contribution – campaign development, whitepapers, practice development.
* Learning & Development – training, certifications, and career growth.
Your Profile
* Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow platform administration and development.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules: SPM, ITSM, HRSD, IRM.
* Ability to oversee configuration, customization, and integrations.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
* Project Management: proven track record managing enterprise‑scale ServiceNow projects.
* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
* PRINCE2 and PMP certifications preferred.
* Ability to manage risk, ensure audit readiness, and maintain delivery KPIs.
* Skilled in facilitating workshops, requirement gathering, and client expectations management.
* Leadership & Soft Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, analytical mindset.
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating resources.
* Certifications & Continuous Learning: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), micro‑certifications; ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2.
* Ongoing upskilling through ServiceNow University and internal enablement programs.
Optional
* Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting background.
* Experience of proposition building and delivery.
* Business development – utilizing relationships and networks.
