CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in London.
Role Purpose
This role provides a professional, engaging, and interactive first point of contact for building occupants with operational queries/issues. It also acts as an interface between clients and vendors, ensuring a five-star standard is maintained by proactively addressing issues before clients become aware of them.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain client relationships.
2. Support a collaborative environment across all vendors and floors.
3. Ensure high-quality front-of-house service delivery.
4. Act as the main interface for vendor services on the floor.
5. Maintain standards and deliver high levels of client engagement.
6. Monitor and audit designated areas to ensure they are 'fit for business'.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables
1. Perform inspections, report issues, and manage work orders within SLAs.
2. Manage client requests and set expectations with timely updates.
3. Ensure seamless vendor service delivery and maintain relationships.
4. Oversee hospitality areas and coordinate activities like the Late Meal Programme.
5. Maintain regular contact with clients and gather feedback to improve service.
6. Support health and safety standards, conduct inductions, and report hazards.
7. Provide presence during events and assist with visitor management.
8. Ensure client spaces are functional and aesthetically maintained.
9. Coordinate community activities and manage resources like meeting rooms.
Qualifications & Skills
* Customer service experience, preferably in 4/5-star hospitality.
* Facilities management experience (minimum 1 year).
* Knowledge of health and safety standards (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
* Excellent communication, diplomacy, and organizational skills.
* Proactive, friendly, and well-presented.
* Fluent in English with good command of communication skills.
