Job Description
3. Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media
4. Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting
5. Write and test compelling copy, headlines, and CTA's collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages
6. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards, track metrics
7. Optimise bids, budgets and pacing
8. Perform A/B testing and drive continuous improvement through data driven insights
9. Report regularly providing recommendations to stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paid Search Executive (Candidate Generation) should have:
10. 1 - 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an in-house or agency setting
11. Proficiency with Google Ads (Bing Ads, Meta ADS, Google Analytics etc...)
12. Strong analytical mindset. proficient in data analysis and Excel
13. Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
14. Fast learner and able to thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment
