The school offers small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios, and a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

Skills & Qualifications
* GCSE Maths & English (minimum Level 2)
* Positive, proactive, and creative approach
* Ability to motivate and inspire young people
* Willingness to undertake training if needed
* Experience not essential - full training provided for the right candidates
