The Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub is looking for passionate individuals to help shape a more inclusive, skilled workforce across Lancashire. We use data-driven insights to support economic growth and opportunity for all.
We’re also delivering the Connect to Work programme—an exciting DWP initiative helping people with disabilities, health conditions, or complex barriers find and stay in meaningful employment.
Join us as an Integration Placement Officer to help build a better Lancashire.
As the Integration Placement Officer, you will:
* Drive integration of employment support within health services by promoting the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model across NHS and care settings.
* Build partnerships with health professionals to increase referrals and raise awareness of the Connect to Work programme.
* Coordinate delivery of employment pathways, ensuring seamless collaboration between health partners, local authorities, and service providers.
* Lead strategic efforts to embed employment as a health outcome, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and report on programme impact.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in employment support, health services, or partnership coordination.
* Strong understanding of the IPS model and integrated care systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A passion for inclusive, person-centred approaches to employment and health.
