Job Title: Client Services Coordinator – Maternity Cover (6 Months)\nDepartment: Client Services\nReports To: Client Services Account Manager\nContract Type: Fixed Term – 6 Months, could be permanent for the right person\nSalary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)\n\nJob Purpose\n\nTo provide quotations and deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clients. The role will support the management of key client accounts, help develop and expand client revenues, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to delivery, installation, and aftercare.\n\nKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities\n\nClient Services & Account Management\n\nAct as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships from initial enquiry through to project completion.\n\nRaise accurate quotations and client proposals in line with customer requirements.\n\nMaintain excellent client relationships and proactively build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of projects and the company.\n\nManage and respond efficiently to a high volume of client emails and communications.\n\nEscalate and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.\n\nProject & Order
