Role Responsibilities
* Provide commercial financial insight and strategic support to senior leaders across multiple regions.
* Analyse financial performance, reporting on key drivers and providing clear, actionable recommendations.
* Influence decisions and shape strategy through confident stakeholder engagement and compelling presentations.
* Own key projects including pricing reviews, profitability analysis, process improvements, and financial system enhancements.
* Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other business services functions to deliver operational excellence.
* Lead aspects of annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with commercial insight.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, while embedding best practice across the business.
* The role also involves international travel approximately twice a year.
Person Specification
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical accounting experience.
* Experienced in finance business partnering or commercial finance, ideally within a complex, matrix organisation.
* Exceptional influencing and communication skills; able to engage and guide senior stakeholders effectively.
* Commercially minded and pragmatic, with the ability to translate analysis into meaningful business decisions.
* Ambitious and motivated, with a clear desire to progress into a Commercial Finance Manager role.
