Reporting, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the operational team. Responsibilities will include: Managing customer enquiries and communications via phone and email. Processing orders and handling client queries or complaints. Supporting the field sales team with administrative tasks. Administering the customers order ensuring accurate order management, delivery scheduling, and client requirements are met. Coordinating deliveries to customers, considering access, time windows, routing constraints, and driver hours. Maintaining records, filing, and ensuring data accuracy.
