Dental Practice Manager – Liverpool, Merseyside (Full-Time)
MBR Dental is working with a well-established, high-end dental practice in Liverpool, currently looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer
1. Start date available as soon as possible
2. Notice periods will be considered
3. Full-time position – 5 days per week
4. Monday to Friday – hours to be agreed
5. Salary up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience
6. Annual bonus of up to £5,000 based on practice performance
7. Benefits package worth £1500
8. 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking private practice with a strong focus on patient care and team development. As Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while helping to drive its continued growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
9. Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
10. Supporting and developing the team
11. Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and in line with compliance standards
12. Managing HR duties, staff performance, and training
13. Monitoring KPIs, revenue, and stock control
14. Leading on marketing initiatives and patient experience improvements
About you
15. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager in the UK
16. A confident, organised, and proactive leader
17. Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
18. Motivated to inspire and support a team
19. Valid DBS check
