THE ROLE
The Event Manager will provide daily event support, including all pre-event logistics, event administrative support, sales support and managing social media presence.
A broad role, the Event Manager's responsibilities will include:
* Lead and execute entertainment production logistics for luxury and international events.
* Liaise directly with high-end planners and clients to design, refine, and deliver bespoke musical and performance concepts.
* Collaborate with creative directors and artist teams to ensure seamless event flow and production excellence.
* Oversee artist contracting, scheduling, and coordination with AV, wardrobe, and travel teams.
* Sales assistance
* Attending site visits and walkthroughs at venues with event planners
* On site management of events
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Event Manager will have prior experience in live event production, entertainment or high-end hospitality. You will have strong organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and client facing skills. Musical or performance background in advantageous, but not essential. Applicants must be willing and able to travel for site visits and events, usually within Europe.
