Main Duties:
* Routing vehicles efficiently using Maxoptra
* Reporting any concerns well in advance to the Group Transport manager
* Updating Tacho Master on a daily basis with manual entries to include, Sickness, Holiday, Rest Days and Training
* Compiling weekly reports from Tacho Master concerning driver infringements & vehicle uploads driven without a Digital Card
* Down loading vehicle VDU`s weekly and uploading to Tacho Master for Legislation Compliance
* Updating vehicle filing, PMI`s, MOT Inspections and unscheduled maintenance for all branch vehicles
* Updating Driver folders, Infringements, and DVLA driver licence checks & training records
* Booking Fleet vehicles in for scheduled PMI inspections and MOT`s
* Issue and recording of VDU tacho rolls to vehicles to ensure compliance with legislation
* Vehicle keys, phones & Sat Nav's are issued to the driver at start of their shift
* Brief all drivers and deal with any delivery/collection issues
* Defect reports - booking vehicles for repair
* Proactively phone customers whose window time is not going to be achieved
* De-brief Drivers capturing any issues that will affect our customers for re-delivery and miss-picked failed deliveries & report findings to Management team
Salary range dependent on experience
