As a General Kitchen Assistant for Sodexo at St Katherine’s School and Nursery in Snodland (ME6 5EJ), you will help keep our fast‑paced food and beverage operation running smoothly. Your role includes presenting kitchen supplies in an attractive way, ensuring an excellent service, and working within standard hours while enjoying public holidays, including Christmas.
What you do
* Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
* Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean and hygienic at all times.
* Support loading and unloading of supplies and delivery vehicles.
* Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Operate all machines and equipment correctly.

Package Description
* £12.71 per hour
* 4 hours per week
* Working pattern: Monday & Friday (12pm – 2pm)
* Term time only (39‑week contract paid over 52 weeks)
Equated pay (spread‑over pay) means you are paid equal amounts each month instead of only during working weeks, ensuring consistent monthly income. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.
