Overview
We’re assembling a core engineering strike team of five dynamic, ambitious builders. This isn’t a corporate job, it’s an opportunity for ambitious engineers who want to create, ship, and evangelize world‑class code at speed. These engineers will be the engine room of our product ecosystem: building full‑stack applications, iterating fast, and helping shape the engineering culture around Claude‑first AI coding practices.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: ~5 years professional coding, with a strong portfolio of shipped projects (startups, open source, or commercial).
* Mindset: Hungry, ambitious, thrive in high‑intensity environments, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
* AI Evangelists: You’ve already built personal workflows and automations using AI tools, using daily to accelerate coding, refactor, debug, and design system architecture.
* Cultural Fit: Builder mentality, bias for action, thrives in chaos, obsessed with outcomes not process.
Technical Stack
* Core Languages: JavaScript / TypeScript (expert level).
* Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, component libraries.
* Backend: Node.js, Express / NestJS, REST + GraphQL APIs.
* Databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Redis.
* DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
* Bonus: Web3 (Solidity, EVM, Sui, Solana), AI API integrations, real‑time systems (WebSockets)
Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain full‑stack applications with clean, scalable code.
* Move fast: prototype, iterate, and ship features in days, not months.
* Use and evangelize Claude‑powered coding workflows across the team.
* Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and scaling strategies.
* Own features end‑to‑end: ideation → execution → deployment → monitoring.
* Mentor peers in best practices, especially around Claude‑assisted development.
