Your New Role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to the business during a period of hyper‑growth. This is a hands‑on, operational position with a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.You will provide full generalist HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Success in this role requires strong multi-tasking skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting HR projects and initiatives. The role offers clear development pathways, including the potential to progress into an HR Business Partner position.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirableExperience working in a fast-paced HR function, ideally within a matrix organisationStrong generalist HR background covering the full employee lifecycle
