Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
* Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software Sage 50.
* Sales/Purchase Ledger: Process sales and purchase ledger invoices and credit notes on Sage in GBP EUR and USD.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Sage 50 and Excel experience is essential.
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
