Job Summary
Our client is a highly respected architectural firm with multiple offices across the UK. They provide a wide array of services, including architectural and interior design, space planning, and graphic design, serving an impressive and diverse client base.
They are seeking an Architectural Technician or Technologist to take a lead role in the delivery of construction projects from design development through to completion. You will be instrumental in managing technical aspects across multiple project stages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage construction projects from RIBA Stage 4 to 6.
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and technical standards.
* Provide technical support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist.
* 3–7 years of post-qualification experience across commercial, retail, and residential projects.
* Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 4–6.
* HNC or equivalent post-graduate architectural qualification.
* Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is desirable (training can be provided).
* Full UK driving licence.
