Creative Lead (Digital & Campaigns)
London (Hybrid: 4 days studio / 1 day WFH)

We’re looking for a Creative Lead with a strong digital mindset to join a leading independent creative agency working with global brands across premium, lifestyle and luxury sectors.
This is a senior role for someone who thinks platform-first, understands how ideas live across social and digital ecosystems, and knows how to turn insight into big campaign thinking that travels — from hero content to always-on executions.
The role:
* Lead the development of digital-first, social-led campaign ideas across paid, owned and earned channels
* Shape creative platforms that flex across social, digital, advertising and brand touchpoints
* Ensure ideas are rooted in audience behaviour, culture and platform dynamics
* Oversee creative output across short-form, long-form and campaign content
* Lead, mentor and inspire two senior creatives, setting a clear creative standard
* Collaborate closely with strategy, client services and production teams
* Present and sell ideas confidently to clients, with a strong rationale behind the thinking
About you:
* Significant experience in a senior creative role within a creative or digital agency
* Proven track record delivering digital and social-first campaigns, not just executions
* Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, digital paid media)
* Conceptually strong with excellent visual storytelling instincts
* Comfortable leading senior creatives and elevating their output
* Copywriting experience or understanding is a plus, but not essential
