Duty Manager
JOIN THE CARDRONA TEAM FOR WINTER 2026!
We're looking for seasoned hospitality leaders to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will support the Outlet Manager with the day-to-day operations at designated outlets for the 2026 Winter Season. We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of Sale of Liquor laws and the ability to communicate and enforce these regulations with staff and guests. You'll need proficiency in cash handling, strong numeracy skills, and experience with Point-of-Sale systems and Eftpos machines.
As part of our busy mountain environment, you may need to lend a helping hand in other areas to ensure the best experience for our guests.
We're looking for someone who has:
1. A current NZ Managers Certificate
2. 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage role, including one year at a leadership level
3. Familiarity with food handling practices under our Food Control Plan—including personal hygiene, allergen management, and food safety
