Care Assistants Required – Dunfermline Area
Location: Dunfermline
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour (dependent on shift patterns & experience)
Shift Patterns Available:
We can offer a variety of shifts to fit around your availability, including:
1. Early shifts
2. Back shifts
3. Long days
4. Night shifts

Your Role Will Include:
5. Delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect
6. Supporting residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
7. Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
8. Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
9. Working effectively as part of a supportive care team
What We’re Looking For:
10. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
11. A caring, reliable and professional approach
12. Good communication and interpersonal skills
13. A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
