Business Development Manager (Cyber Security)
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based, occasional travel)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Quarterly Commission

The Role
This is a new business-focused Business Development Manager role, centred around selling Cyber Security solutions into the SMB and mid-market space.
You’ll be responsible for generating your own pipeline, closing new business, and driving revenue growth, supported by a blend of inbound opportunities and access to existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business sales across Cyber Security solutions
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers with a consultative approach
* Position security solutions in line with client needs and risk profiles
* Accurately forecast and manage sales performance
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
* Experience Required
* Proven track record in new business sales within Cyber Security
* Minimum 1+ year Cyber Security sales experience (more is advantageous)
* Background in MSP, SaaS, or wider technology sales
* Consistent achievement against sales targets
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to thrive in a fully remote, self-managed environment
