The Opportunity
We are supporting the search for an SHEQ Manager to take ownership of the full SHEQ function across the business.
You will be:
* Visible across sites
* Working closely with operational teams
* Driving standards in real-world environments
* Bringing structure to systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage SHEQ across multiple operational sites
* Drive compliance across ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
* Conduct audits, inspections, and site-based risk assessments
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
* Deliver training, inductions and toolbox talks
* Take ownership of SHEQ systems, documentation and reporting
* Improve and structure existing processes and compliance frameworks
Important
This is a full SHEQ role.
We are specifically looking for someone who can:
* Operate across Quality as well as Health & Safety
* Manage systems, audits and compliance frameworks
* Bring structure and organisation to SHEQ processes
This is not a Health & Safety-only position.
What We're Looking For
* Strong SHEQ background within engineering, infrastructure, utilities or construction
* Proven experience managing ISO standards and audit processes
* A hands-on, visible approach to site and team engagement
* Confident, credible and able to influence at all levels
* NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent qualification
Location & Working Style
- Candidates must be within a commutable distance to Aldridge / Walsall- Regular presence on-site and in the office is essential
