Benenden is now seeking to appoint a Head of Marketing to lead a team of four professionals to deliver growth across the strategic areas of marketing and student recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced marketeer to lead a step change in the marketing of this prestigious girls' school.
Reporting into the Director of External Relations and working closely with the Head of Admissions, this is a high-profile new role that will focus on delivering the School's ambitious marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead on marketing strategy for the school and oversee a team of four professionals to drive growth in marketing and student recruitment.
* Ensure a consistent brand message that aligns with Benenden's premium reputation.
* Lead on market insights and audience segmentation to underpin digital campaigns that raise awareness of Benenden and deepen understanding of its unique offer.
* Inspire and develop a highly focused, creative, and dynamic Marketing team.
Qualifications
* Highly effective practitioner with an impressive skillset and demonstrable track record in marketing and multi-channel brand development.
* Experience gained from within or outside the education sector.
* Strong strategic thinker with a good understanding of the independent schools market.
* Ability to shape and implement marketing plans that support the school’s objectives and premium positioning.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package is offered, reflecting the significance and seniority of the position. The eventual salary will depend on skills and experience; however, it is anticipated that it will be in the region of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
