This is a key leadership role, initially for 6 months+, with the potential to extend.Key Details:
1. Location: Yeovil (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)
2. Rate:** Up to £400 per day
3. Start Date: October 2025
4. Duration: 6 months+
About the Role:You’ll lead a growing finance team, providing strategic oversight and hands-on support across financial operations. The business is scaling, and your leadership will be crucial in driving performance, improving processes, and supporting decision-making.What We’re Looking For:
5. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
6. Proven experience in manufacturing finance
7. Strong people management and leadership skills
8. Ideally, experience working with organisations linked to the defence sector
Responsibilities Include:
9. Leading and mentoring the finance team
10. Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
11. Supporting strategic planning andmercial decision-making
12. Driving improvements in systems and processes
13. Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business
