Payroll Administrator
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permenant
Location: Swissport UK Headquarters, Runcorn, Liverpool, Hybrid 3 days in the office
Hours: 0900-1700hrs.
Reports To: Payroll Manager

Responsibilities
1. Running multiple payrolls from start to finish—accuracy is your superpower!
2. Investigating and resolving payroll queries with confidence and care.
3. Supporting audits and improving internal processes.
4. Collaborating with HR and station teams to meet local payroll needs.
5. Preparing reports, analysing data, and contributing to smarter payroll systems.
6. You’ll be trusted to run payrolls and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
7. A degree in finance, business, HR, or a related field or equivalent.
8. Experience within an admin or payroll environment is advantageous.
9. A keen interest in payroll, HR, or data management.
10. Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn new systems (Dayforce/WFM experience is a bonus!).
11. Clear communication, problem-solving savvy, and a proactive mindset.
12. CiPP certification is a plus—but not essential. We’ll support your learning journey.
