We are recruiting Graduates for our Environmental Services teams, who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. Locations and services
We are recruiting for Graduates for the following services and locations:
* Air Quality – London, Basingstoke, Birmingham or Exeter
* Landscape Architecture – Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London
Role and team
Working as a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams means working on innovative projects, exploring and learning about the numerous aspects of the services we provide, which could include Nature Advisory (including Marine & Aquatics), Air Quality, Acoustics or Landscape Architecture. You will work on projects across a broad range of clients, sectors and scales.
Responsibilities
* Work on assignments in the UK and help deliver projects across the Environmental Services teams, including Air Quality and Landscape Architecture projects.
* Assist with fieldwork planning and data collection where applicable.
* Support preparation of reports, technical inputs, and stakeholder engagement as part of project teams.
Day-to-day activities
* Gaining hands-on experience with tools and methods relevant to your discipline (e.g., dispersion modelling, environmental monitoring planning).
* Collaborating with internal and external clients, project teams, and Local Authorities.
* Supporting tender and bid submissions, quotes, and procurement processes where required.
* Carrying out data collation and analysis to extract valuable insights.
* Preparing concise reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Graduate Development Programme and progression
Our two-year Graduate Development programme is designed to support personal and professional development through a blended learning experience. The programme includes core business and professional skills training, career development workshops and mentoring for professional registration, with broad on-the-job experience.
What we look for
* You will have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
* Enthusiasm for creativity, numerical skills and problem solving.
* Passion for data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS.
* Willingness to travel to site and/or client offices as required.
