Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Learning Specialist to lead the delivery and implementation of Oracle Fusion Learning Management for a large enterprise environment.
This role will take ownership of the Learning module from discovery through to post-go-live support. You will work closely with HR, Learning & Development teams, and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy a robust Oracle Learning solution that aligns with business objectives and supports long-term adoption.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning, strong hands-on configuration experience, and proven ability to lead client discussions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oracle Fusion Learning Implementation
* Lead the full end-to-end life cycle of Oracle Fusion Learning Management implementations.
* Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Learning solutions.
Conduct discovery and design workshops covering:
* Learning Catalog
* Courses, Offerings, and Activities
* Learning Assignments and Required Learning
* Skills, Communities, and Specialisations
* Reporting and analytics
