Im working with one of the long-standing, highly reputable London-focused Property Services Groups whose surveying arm services panel, private and in-house instructions across the inner-M25.
As a result of both new contract/panel awards and wider group investment, they are now looking to hire a number of additional Residential Surveyors as follows:
AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualified
VRS preferred, but those without can still be considered for L3 focused workloads
ALL LONDON and INNER M25 postcodes considered (our client will accommodate almost all options/preferences)
Huge variety of work with no push for excessive volume (Top tier panel alongside private and in-house referrals from the wider property group)
Excellent average fees
Bonuses based on income NOT points, with generous, incremental percentages / low thresholds

Remuneration includes a high basic, generous car allowance, substantial bonuses, and benefits (£100-140k OTE)
