Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development.
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Marketing & Packaging Designer to join our UK team, based in Sandwich, Kent. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on designer with a passion for branding, packaging, and visual storytelling. As part of our global marketing team, you’ll gain exposure to international marketing initiatives and cross-market projects while being embedded in a dynamic, innovative, and fun UK-based team.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop packaging and visual identities for new and existing consumer brands
* Translate consumer insights and retail needs into compelling, value-driven design solutions
* Support the creation of other marketing assets, including social media content, trade show materials, videos, and promotional items
* Assist in global marketing activities such as website creation and management, digital campaigns, international conferences, and other cross-market initiatives
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in product, graphic, or packaging design (FMCG or retail experience is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* A good understanding of both digital and print design principles
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
* Creativity and attention to detail in marketing materials and customer presentations
* Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
