Supply Desk is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and nurturing schools in Rickmansworth on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis starting in September 2025. This fulfilling role involves offering tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of needs, including autism, SEMH (social, emotional and mental health), and other additional learning challenges. Key responsibilities: Providing in-class and intervention support for pupils with SEND Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Fostering independence, self-esteem and social skills Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and other staff to adjust teaching approaches Contributing to a positive, inclusive and encouraging classroom environment We’d love to hear from you if you have: Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential) A patient, compassionate and supportive nature Good communication and teamwork abilities A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Why join Supply Desk?
