SEN Teaching Assistant: September Start in Hertfordshire
Responsibilities
* Supporting students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH
* Working one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored learning and emotional support
* Collaborating with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Has experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other settings)
* Is patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when needed
* Holds a valid DBS check (or willing for one)
Qualifications (desirable but not essential)
* CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning
* Degree in Psychology or a related field

* Salary: GBP 13.60 to GBP 15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
