As a Technical Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Technical department. From maintaining due diligence paperwork and managing customer complaint data to compiling trace documentation and export reports, your attention to detail and admin expertise will help ensure our operations run smoothly and meet high standards. Maintain and archive bakery paperwork, including M&S DNA tag admin Review HACCP documents and raise non-conformance reports as needed Manage customer complaint logs and generate KPI data Provide responses to customer and brand complaints Complete and maintain export documentation Support technical admin tasks and generate trace and monthly reports The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
