Description
The In-house Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
* Providing legal advice on property transactions and related matters.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related contracts and agreements.
* Advising on lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Working closely with the Head of Property
* Building relationship with stakeholders
Profile
The successful In-house Property Solicitor should have / be;
* A Solicitor with a track record in Commercial Property
* Strong experience in drafting and negotiating property contracts.
* Likely to come from a private practice, local authority or In-house background.
* Likely to be around 0-4 years PQE
Job Offer
* Salary ranging from £50,000 to £62,000 per annum.
* Generous pension contribution up to 10%
* 25 days of holiday leave annually.
