Bramley Health are looking for someone to join our team to drive and manage our minibus around our Croydon care homes.
We have 6 homes of varying sizes around the area which the Minibus Driver will frequent. Its important to us that our service users live meaningful and fulfilling lives and this role has a huge impact on that mission.
This is where you come in! You will assist our service users and staff to and from activities/ appointments as scheduled or required.
About the role
You will be a huge part of this as their Minibus Driver, making all kinds of journeys from appointments to small outings whilst happily interacting with everyone you travel with.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely transport service users and staff on appointments and outings
• Assist with mobility and support as needed during transport
• Keep the minibus clean and up to date on any/ all documentation
• A friendly and supportive companion for all passengers
Key skills
• Full, clean UK driving license
• Category D1 on your driving license
• Prior experience as a minibus driver (either for a school or care home)
• Excellent people and communication skills
