Painter and Decorator Required – Plymouth
Experienced Painter and Decorator required in Plymouth area to work with a housing association to do maintenance work on supported living buildings.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of up to £29,500 per annum plus a van, fuel card and holiday pay/ pension etc.
Painter and DecoratorDay to Day:
1. Maintenance work/ disrepair on supported living buildings
2. Painting and decorating – all aspects
3. Some external painting work possibly
4. Working alongside other trades
5. Reporting to the supervisor on progress
6. Travelling to different sites in the area in a company van
Painter and DecoratorRequirements:
7. Good painting experience
8. Previous experience working within social housing
9. NVQ in Painting (desired)
10. Good attitude
11. Honest and reliable
12. Full UK driving license
13. DBS will be done for successful candidate
