Pay: £90–£110 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery school in Hereford. This is a full-time role supporting children across Nursery through to Key Stage 2, providing high-quality care, learning support, and encouragement during these vital early years.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting children’s learning and development across Nursery, KS1, and KS2
Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children from early years to KS2
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
