4. Salary from £37k+ depending on experience

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:
10. Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
11. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
12. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
13. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
14. You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
