Job Description
A specialist technology business is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Engineer to support advanced technical systems used in leading research environments worldwide.
This is a varied, customer-facing role involving installation, troubleshooting, training, and global travel, working closely with end users to ensure complex systems are performing effectively.
As Customer Success Engineer Key responsibilities: Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely Provide customer training and ongoing support Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues Manage support cases through to resolution Work with engineering teams on escalations Travel internationally to customer sites (up to 50%)
Experience required: Experience in technical support, service, or hands-on engineering Comfortable with test equipment and Windows/Linux systems Strong communicator and problem solver Bonus: experience in scientific, imaging, or precision equipment environments
