What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across all restaurant roles
* Supporting restaurant managers to attract and select the right people
* Screening applications and coordinating interviews
* Maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the process
* Building talent pipelines for future openings
* Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a great start for new joiners
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment preferred, ideally within hospitality
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A natural communicator who can build relationships at all levels
* Someone who understands the importance of culture and values in hiring
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
