ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and content across all brands. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for growing brand followings, increasing engagement, and building a vibrant online community. You will ensure that all social activity reflects our brand values, proposition, and aesthetics while supporting both local and international markets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
* Planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
* Managing day‑to‑day social channels and fostering a strong online community through engagement and user‑generated content
* Collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach
* Tracking analytics and optimising content and campaigns based on performance
* Coordinating with marketing, design, and e‑commerce teams to align campaigns and initiatives
* Running in‑house advertising campaigns, optimising spend, and reporting results
This is a hands‑on role for a highly organised, creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media, ideally in beauty or fashion
* Proven ability to grow social channels and run successful ad campaigns
* Hands‑on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
* Strong understanding of marketing channels, analytics, and reporting
* Excellent writing skills and ability to craft engaging, brand‑aligned content
* Highly creative with an eye for visual storytelling
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Commercially minded and results‑driven, comfortable using data to inform decisions
* Flexible, resilient, and able to work independently or as part of a team
