Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence.
* Utilise cognitive stimulation techniques to maintain mental function.
* Safely engage clients in enjoyable community activities.
* Oversee medication and nutritional needs.
* Provide personal care support when necessary (dressing etc.)
You will be joining a passionate team, who are dedicated to a "No Stranger" approach. Always be formally introduced to your Clients, building trust and using proven Dementia rehabilitation techniques.
