Relief General Kitchen Assistant - Nottage Primary School
Job description: As and When Needed – Term Time.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation, presentation and service of school meals, while providing a safe, clean environment to pupils and staff.
* Lay out dining tables and chairs and, in some schools, operate a touch screen terminal. Training will be provided upon start.
* Cover at schools across the County Borough as a requirement of the role.
Qualifications and Training
* Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate required; training will be provided if necessary to help you obtain this.
* DBS check: An Enhanced with Barred List criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
Working Arrangements
* Working hours will be between 10.00am and 2.30pm, to support the mid-morning break and lunchtime periods, Monday to Friday, term time only. Working hours will be confirmed on appointment.
