Mash Direct is easily commutable from Comber, Dundonald, Newtownards, Belfast and Bangor. We are seeking to appoint an experienced
STOCK CONTROLLER
Responsible for co-ordinating stock, stock rotation, investigating and reporting of any discrepancies whilst providing critical information to the Warehouse Manager on efficiencies and product waste.
Skills Required:
* Previous relevant stock control experience, preferably from a despatch or warehouse environment
* Numeracy and Accuracy
* Report Writing
* Managing waste
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Flexible to work in Despatch to help with picking orders as and when required
What you will be doing:
* Ensure the correct level of stock is maintained and booked in.
* Ensure any waste figures are accurately recorded and reported.
* Regular rotation of inventory in a FIFO system.
* Ensure health and safety of racking equipment and materials.
* Ensuring all box labelling is efficiently attached.
* Key contact for all stock enquiries and waste figures.
* Responsible for completing regular inventory counts and stock takes.
* Compiling daily reports and reporting stock discrepancies.
* Fully investigate and understand any stock discrepancies.
* Performing random stock and audit checks.
* Ensure stock is received and dispatched on time and in full.
Work Times:
The working hours will be typically based on 45 hours shift rota, Monday to Friday.
