Youll step into an established Family department with a varied caseload across divorce, financial remedy, childrens matters, and cohabitation disputes. The department is extremely busy, meaning youll have immediate exposure to high-quality client work. Junior candidates (including NQ solicitors) will receive full supervision and development support.
Whether youre an experienced Family Solicitor seeking progression or a junior solicitor eager to learn, this role provides excellent prospects. Salaries range from £40,000 £75,000 depending on PQE, and youll be part of a team where your contribution makes a genuine difference.
Role Responsibilities
* Handle a caseload of Family Law matters including finance and childrens issues.
* Provide sensitive, practical advice to clients.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
* Support business development to grow the department further.
* Potential to assist in Employment or Litigation during quieter periods, if desired.
Requirements
* Ideally 5+ years PQE in Family Law, but applications from strong junior solicitors and NQs will be considered.
* Experience in financial and childrens matters.
* Empathetic, client-centred approach.
* Organised and able to handle a busy caseload.
