Role: Administrator/Receptionist – Part-time

Location: Morley, Leeds LS27

Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 p/h + holidays

Duration: 12 months + (possibility of permanent position)

Part-time: 2 days a week (one being a Thursday), 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Administrator/Receptionist to join our client’s team as the main point of contact. You will provide general administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities include maintaining efficient office procedures, supporting various departments, and handling HR admin tasks. Strong organizational skills and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

The role involves:

* Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors, handling calls and orders, managing reception.
* Administrative Support: General admin duties and quarterly updates to the organisational chart.
* Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings/trainings, preparing rooms and materials.
* Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and merchandise.
* Communication: Managing internal communications via email and noticeboards.
* Visitor Management: Ensuring visitors follow site protocols, supporting travel and lunch arrangements.
* HR Admin Support: Assisting with HR tasks such as awards, absence reports, onboarding, and holiday/ overtime processing.
* Event Planning: Organizing company/team events and employee gifts.


Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative roles is required. Candidates should have:

* Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and pay attention to detail.
* Friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
* Experience in organizing events and coordinating planning.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Effective collaboration with different departments and team members.
