The Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead the business day to day. You will take full responsibility for operations, people, standards, and performance, working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of pub operations
* Lead, motivate, and develop the management and front-of-house teams
* Drive sales, GP, and overall financial performance
* Maintain high standards of service, food, and cleanliness
* Manage rotas, payroll, stock, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene
* Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
About You
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy Manager in a gastro pub or similar venue
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Commercially minded with good financial understanding
* Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
* Hands-on, organised, and calm under pressure
