We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our clients growing team in North Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely payroll services.
Key Responsibilities: - Process end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly paid employees - Maintain and update payroll records and systems - Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements - Handle payroll queries from employees and management - Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with finance teams
What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in a payroll processing role - Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation - Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills - A team player with great communication skills
