We are seeking a driven Bid Co-ordinator to join my clients successful and busy bid department, offices based Central London.
Working closely with the Bid Manager and the team, the position will be key to providing a professional and efficient service through supporting end to end process of Bids and Tenders.
• Record information for internal and external reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support Bid Manager/s on all open opportunities: following up on portals, updating records and reporting accordingly.
• Own, monitor and action team inbox.
• Follow up and ensure actions are completed.
• Coordinate input and activity from a variety of stakeholders; typically, from sales, product teams and commercials through high level of accuracy.
Skills required: -
• Bid Coordinator or similar roles in last 2 years
• InDesign- a good knowledge and experience of InDesign
• Microsoft packages
• A background in M&E- not essential
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
