Position Overview
Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS), Air Dominance (AD) Division, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Staff Analyst (level 3) to join our division leadership team located in Berkeley, MO. This role reports to the AD Executive Assistant and supports the AD Leadership Team. The individual will gain experience across the AD portfolio, including Fighters, MQ-25, T-7A, and proprietary efforts, and will be exposed to market and business strategies, operational management, relationship building with senior leaders, and organizational leadership.
Responsibilities
1. Completing special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
2. Creating communication materials for internal and external senior leadership
3. Interfacing with functions and leadership to resolve obstacles and problems
4. Driving performance and accountability throughout the organization
5. Partnering with stakeholders to support key initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
* Developing plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, and initiatives; providing data for management review and performance tracking
* Coordinating and assessing the architecture of meetings and leadership briefings
* Conducting research and analyzing data from multiple sources
* Delivering informational or technical materials
* Researching and evaluating strategic organizational issues and options
* Planning and facilitating large meetings and events
* Monitoring plan execution and communicating status to project participants; coordinating facility requirements
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office/O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams)
* 3+ years of experience in data collection and interpretation
* Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience gathering project requirements
* Experience with digital platforms and learning new software

* This position is a US-based job; US Person status required for export control compliance

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $73,950 - $100,050 USD. Boeing offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and more, with specific programs varying by location and eligibility.
