What You'll Do Build and embed delivery governance that creates portfolio-level visibility and supports empowerment-not red tape. Partner with Product Leads to translate OKRs into quarterly delivery plans rooted in customer and business outcomes. Own and run quarterly governance, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and never surprised. Coach and line-manage Delivery & Business Change Managers, building capability, confidence, and career pathways. Anticipate and manage cross-squad dependencies, surfacing risks early and coordinating decisions. Champion a modern, product-led culture centred on collaboration, clarity, learning, and accountability. Represent delivery at senior forums, telling the portfolio story in a way that is insightful, transparent, and trusted. What You Bring Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead in a corporate, multi-team environment. Proven ability to embed governance models without slowing agility or empowerment. Strong people leadership: coaching, line management, and talent development. Skilled at partnering with senior stakeholders-especially Product Leads and Execs.
