Your new company An amazing opportunity to work for one of the largest manufacturing company's in the UK and Ireland. They are recruiting for a Training Administrator. This is a full time temporary job working 37.5 hours a week.
Your new roleAs Training Administrator your duties will include:
* Assist L&D Coordinator with admin tasks as required.
* Ensure the most recent revised version of training documents are being adhered to and document controlled accordingly.
* To maintain accurate assessment records at all times to demonstrate training and competency sign off & ensure this is to audit ready standard.
* To ensure all training completed is updated on Learning Management System in a timely and accurate manner.
* To ensure all training records, assessments and certificates are filed/recorded appropriately and audit ready at all times.
* Obtaining PO numbers for training and filing associated paperwork
* Assist in new start inductions and participate as required
* Produce KPI reports and evaluate completed/outstanding training
* Communicate any pending changes, current issues or training priorities
* Arrange and Evaluate training undertaken both internally and externally and consider the effectiveness of the training being provided.
* Minutes taking in the meetings
